font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（三）具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備和專業(yè)技術(shù)能力；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（四）具有依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金的良好記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">（五）參加本次采購活動前三年內(nèi)，在經(jīng)營活動中沒有重大違法違規(guī)記錄；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;">7.2、具有<span style="font-family: 宋體;">房屋檢測鑒定的業(yè)務(wù)能力，具有</span>CMA、CNAS(即檢測檢驗資質(zhì)認(rèn)定證書、建設(shè)工程檢測機構(gòu)資質(zhì)證書)房屋檢測鑒定資質(zhì)；</span></p><p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";">7.3、提供至少一個5000㎡及以上房屋安全鑒定的業(yè)績（提供合同復(fù)印件）。</span></p><p style="line-height: 29px; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微軟雅黑, "Microsoft YaHei";"><strong><span style="font-family: 宋體;
