style="font-family:宋體">16577.54㎡，總建筑面積為50278.62㎡。其中：地上計容建筑面積為38562.72㎡，地下建筑面積為11849.21㎡。主要包括產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)1#、2#、3#樓辦公、科研、研發(fā)等綜合配套主體建筑以及包括室外景觀綠化，配套給排水、電力、通信燃?xì)獾取ｍ椖抗浪憧偼顿Y約2.1億元。</span></span></strong></p><p 申請人業(yè)績要求：近三年來，申請人至少已完成1個房屋建筑類類似分類項目業(yè)績。</span></p><p style="margin-right: 4px;margin-left: 4px"><span style=";font-family:宋體;font-size:16px"> <span style="font-family:宋體">7.2.2具備測繪行政主管部門頒發(fā)的測繪乙級及以上資質(zhì)（業(yè)務(wù)范圍包含有工程測量，界線與不動產(chǎn)測繪）；滿足入選綿陽市自然資源和規(guī)劃局《“多測合一”機構(gòu)名錄庫》。</span></span></p><p
